This annex details the parties’ obligations on the pro- tection of personal data, associated with the process- ing of personal data on behalf of Company as a data controller, and described in detail in agreements, con- tracts between the parties, or orders that the Company placed for the provisioning of services to the Supplier. Its regulations shall apply to any and all activities asso- ciated with the Agreement, in whose scope Supplier’s employees or agents process Company’s personal data (hereinafter, “Data”) on behalf of Company as a control- ler (hereinafter, “Contract Processing”). Be it noted that the processing of personal data is not the focus of the actual service provided by the Supplier. However, the possibility cannot be ruled out that through the provid- ed services the Supplier may have technical access to personal data of the Company.
