The Systems Integrator identified in Part I represents and warrants that the information set forth in this Schneider Electric Software, LLC (“Schneider Electric”) Systems Integrator Agreement (the “Agreement”) is true and correct as of the date signed. Systems Integrator agrees that it shall update and correct the information set forth herein throughout the term in which Systems Integrator is enrolled in the Schneider Electric Systems Integrator Partner Program whenever any such information may become inaccurate or incomplete.
