This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Amendment No. 1 To Assignment No. 2 (hereinafter referred to as “Amendment No. 1 to Assignment No. 2”) is entered into by and between the Texas Facilities Commission, located at 1711 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78701 (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”) and Terracon Consultants, Inc (hereinafter referred to as “PSP”) (TFC and PSP are hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as “Parties”), to be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions that follow.
