This Project Agreement (agreement) is hereby made and entered into by and between Ouray, hereinafter referred to as “County,” and the USDA, Forest Service, Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests, hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service,” as specified under the authority and provisions of the Cooperative Forest Road Agreement #13-RO- 11020400-014 executed between the parties on June 3, 2014.
