FiledNovember 3rd, 2008The Contract Documents consist of this Agreement, the Design Criteria Package, the Exhibits described in Section 8 hereof, and any duly executed and issued addenda, Change Orders, Construction Change Directives, Field Orders and amendments relating thereto. Further, the term Contract Documents shall include all plans and specifications for the construction of the Project (“Construction Documents”) being prepared by Design Builder, but only after said Construction Documents have been completed by Design Builder and approved in writing by Owner. All of the foregoing Contract Documents are sometimes referred to herein as the “Contract”.
