THIS FIRST AMENDMENT (“First Amendment”) is entered into by and between Fort Bend County, Texas (“County”), a political subdivision of the state of Texas, and GeoSurv, Inc. d/b/a TSC Surveying (“TSC”), a corporation authorized to conduct business in the state of Texas. County and TSC are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each individually a “Party.”
