This Recreational Facility Use Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into this 20th day of March, 2024, by and between the City of Litchfield Park, an Arizona municipal corporation (“City”) and the Litchfield Park Little League, an Arizona nonprofit corporation (“User”). The City and User are the only parties to this Agreement, and they may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
