The Employer recognizes the Teamsters Local Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for all security employees of Allied Systems (Canada) Company in Essex County, excluding foremen and provincial road yard supervisor, those above the rank of foreman and provincial road yard supervisor, driver trainer, confidential secretary, secretary to the personnel manager, sales staff and employees covered by a subsisting Collective Agreement.
