In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Goddard Space Flight Center Applied Engineering and Technology Directorate, located at 8800 Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt, MD 20771 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA GSFC") and The University of Maryland College Park located at 3400 A.V. Williams Building, College Park, MD 20742-3281 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "UMCP"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
