This Performance Contract (hereinafter referred to as “Contract”) is entered into between the Ministry of Information and Communications Technology (hereinafter referred to as “The Ministry”), represented by the Secretary for Information and Communications Technology (Controlling Officer) of Private Bag 310 (together with its assignees and successors) of the one part, and the Government of Malawi (hereinafter referred to as “ the Government”) represented by the Chief Secretary to the Government, of Private Bag 301, Lilongwe 3 (together with its assignees and successors), of the other part.
