This Agreement (contract) is entered into this 1st day of July, 2017 by and between Central Connecticut State University (hereinafter “CCSU” or “University” or “Agency”) located at 1615 Stanley Street, New Britain, CT 06050 (“campus”) and (contractor). with a principal place of business at (address) (“Contractor”). This Agreement is pursuant to an award made to the contractor (RFQ 2017-30) to provide preventative and/or corrective maintenance on emergency generators on CCSU’s Campus.
