This Alert Logic Services End User License Agreement (the "EULA”) governs your use of Alert Logic services (the “Services”) between Alert Logic, Inc. ("Alert Logic") and you (the "End User"). Alert Logic and End User may be referred to hereinafter as a “Party” or together as the “Parties.” END USER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CAREFULLY READING this EULA BEFORE ACCEPTING AND/OR ACCESSING OR USING ANY SERVICES OF ALERT LOGIC.
