(“you”) and Unis pour le sport inc. / United for sport inc. (the “Company”) established in Canada, having its offices at 195 Amherst, Gatineau, registered at the federal level under 978845-0. The Company provides lead generation to independent providers of peer-to-peer sport coaching services (“Unis pour le sport Services”). You desire to enter into this Agreement for the purpose of accessing and using Unis pour le sport Services. You acknowledge and agree that Company is primarily a technology services provider that does not provide in-person sport coaching services.
