This Fire Protection and Fire Hydrant Agreement {"Agreement') is entered into this _ day of , 2024, between the Boulder Farmstead Water Company, a Utah non-profit corporation, of Boulder, Garfield County, State of Utah ("Water Company"), and Boulder Town, a municipal corporation, of Garfield County, State of Utah ("Town"). This Agreement supersedes all prior Agreements between the Water Company and Town.
