Youth sports are supposed to be fun – for the children. Actions by fans, parents, coaches, whether verbal or non-verbal, can have a lasting emotional effect on children. Too many children are leaving sports activities because of the fun in unfairly being taken away from them by adults. As a coach in the SWLYFC program, your actions reflect not only on you, but your team and our league.
