Liability: Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the St. Colman’s Church Guild, its board members, St. Elizabeth Parish and Santa Rosa Diocese against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits and expenses arising out of or resulting from renter’s use of the facility. Renter must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming St. Elizabeth Parish as co-insured. Insurance Certificate, along with this signed Use Agreement must be received at least 30 days prior to the event.
