These Terms of Service (this “Agreement”) govern the use of the Workato Platform provided by Workato, Inc. (“Workato”) and are accepted by the account holder (“Account Holder”) who executes an Order Form or opens an account or accesses the Workato Platform. This Agreement is entered into as of the date that Account Holder first accepts this Agreement by one of the methods above (“Effective Date”), unless the parties have entered into a written agreement for the subject matters herein that will control.
