517B. All transactions in respect of an Eligible Security (other than a China Connect Security) that are recognized by the Exchange shall be settled in CCASS, and delivery and settlement in relation to such transactions shall be effected in accordance with the CCASSHKSCC Rules. Notwithstanding the foregoing, subsequent to a transaction having been made between two Exchange Participants, the method of settlement may be amended by mutual agreement between the Exchange Participantsconcerned or in accordance with the CCASSHKSCC Rules.
