Our contract with you is to act as Sole Agent upon your behalf and to find a tenant for your property. Once the tenancy agreement has been signed by the in-going tenant we will sign the agreement on your behalf. Your contract with us is for the duration of the tenancy relating to the tenant/tenants introduced by Roseholme Property Management. Cancellation of this agreement is covered under the Termination section. Full management is always provided unless otherwise agreed at the time of instruction and confirmed in writing.
