This Reimbursement Agreement for the City Northline PUD Projects and Storm Water Infrastructure Costs (“Agreement”) is made, entered into and effective as of August , 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and among Reinvestment Zone Number One, a tax increment reinvestment zone created pursuant to the authority of Chapter 311, Texas Tax Code (the “Zone”), the Leander Development Authority, a non-profit corporation formed pursuant to Subchapter D, Chapter 431, Texas Transportation Code, (the “Authority”), and the City of Leander, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation (the “City”). The City, the Authority, and the Zone are individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”;
