For and in consideration of my participation in The Scorpion Run, NY to be held September 14 and 15, 2024 in Calverton, NY (the "Event"), I, for myself, and on behalf of my spouse, children, heirs and next of kin, and any legal and personal representatives, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby agree to and make the following contractual representations pursuant to this agreement. 1. RULES AND REGULATIONS. I hereby agree to abide by all the rules, regulations, and policies at the Event, as well as all applicable municipal and state laws and regulations, in consideration for the opportunity to participate in the Event. My failure to comply with any of the rules, regulations and policies may result in my immediate removal from the Event. 2. I agree to abide by all federal, state, or local government regulations or health and safety guidance, as well as safety and risk mitigation practices required by officials for the Event and any other safety requirements
