Whereas, the Union represents more than a majority of the employees coming under the jurisdiction of the Union at the Street location of the Company, and to the knowl- edge of the parties, no other individual labour Organization represents, or claims to represent, any of the employees within the jurisdiction of the Union in the foregoing plant of the Company for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment or other conditions of employment.
