If User is entering into this Agreement on behalf of User’s employer, User’s franchisees, a tire retailer or other automotive professional each such party shall also be considered a User and the rights granted and restrictions and limitations recited herein apply to all such parties as well as to User as a representative of . User represents and warrants that User has the power and authority to bind all Users it has direct or indirect control over to this Agreement.
