THIS GEOTRUST ENTERPRISE SECURITY CENTER AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") IS ENTERED INTO BETWEEN GEOTRUST (AS DEFINED BELOW), AND THE ENTITY YOU REPRESENT IN EXECUTING THIS AGREEMENT ("YOU").
