In order to effectuate the provisions of Chapter 9.3 of Title 28 of the General Laws of Rhode Island, and to encourage and abet effective and harmonious working relationships between the Tiverton School Committee (hereinafter called the "Board") and the professional staff in order that the cause of public education .may best be served in Tiverton, this Agreement is made and entered into on this 1 day of September 2022 by and between the Tiverton School Committee and the National Education Association Tiverton/National Education Association Rhode Island/National Education Association (hereinafter called the "Association").
