THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on this day of , 2017, in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40, section 4A, by and among the Town of Lenox, acting by and through its Select Board, as authorized by vote (hereinafter referred to as “Lenox”), and the Town of Lee, acting by and through its Select Board, as authorized by vote (hereinafter referred to as “Lee”) (collectively to be referred to as “the Parties”).
