This Software End-User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal binding agreement between you, the user (“Licensee”) and Mimio, LLC, d/b/a Mimio (“Mimio”) regarding the MimioStudio software program (object code only) (the “Software”). By clicking the button below marked “Accept,” opening the packaging of the Software, or installing or using the Software, Licensee acknowledges that Licensee has read, understands, and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
