This Agreement i s between Medix Ambulance Service, Inc., an Oregon corporation, ("Medix"), and Clatsop County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon ("County"). Medix provides for emergency and non-emergency ambulance services through the Clatsop County Ambulance Service Area Ordinance, as may be amended from time to time, hereinafter referred to as "ASA Ordinance," and the Clatsop County Ambulance Service Area Plan, as may be amended from time to time, hereinafter referred to as "ASA Plan."
