This agreement made and entered into this 1st day of January 2015, by and between the City of Moorhead, Minnesota, a municipal corporation hereinafter referred to as “MOORHEAD”, the City of Dilworth, Minnesota, a municipal corporation hereinafter referred to as “DILWORTH” and the Park District of the City of Fargo, North Dakota, d/b/a Valley Senior Services, hereinafter referred to as ‘CONTRACTOR”. Collectively, MOORHEAD and DILWORTH may be described as “PURCHASER”.
