This Master Lease Agreement (this “Lease Agreement”) is made by and between _______Insert Legal Name_________________ (“Lessor”) and Houston Independent School District (“Lessee,” “HISD,” or the “District”). This Lease Agreement is shall serve as a master agreement governing individual purchase orders and Lease Schedules issued hereunder for the provision of transportable classroom and bathroom buildings to HISD for lease as needed and for the period of time indicated in the individual orders. This Agreement shall be effective as of December 15, 2017 (“Effective Date”).
