This is an Amendment (“Amendment”) to the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation dba CenturyLink QC (“CenturyLink”), a Colorado corporation, and Veracity Communications Inc. (“CLEC”). CenturyLink and CLEC shall be referred to jointly as the “Parties.”
