THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), effective as of , 2019, is made by and between Eola Land Co., Inc. a Florida corporation with offices at 227 N. Eola Dr., Orlando, FL 32801 32801. (hereinafter referred to as “EO”) on the one hand and a Florida limited liability company with offices and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as “BUYER”). BUYER also may be referred to herein as “Recipient”.
