This Educational License Agreement is a supplement to the Golden Software end user license agreement. These conditions apply to all Golden Software products sold as part of an educational license. Software sold as educational licenses remain the property of the institution indicated in this agreement and are non-transferrable to any other entity, agency, or corporation.
