Seller and Buyer agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained or incorporated herein, all of which are a part of all Buyer's Purchase Order Agreements. Until further amendments are mutually agreed and acknowledged, any provisions in Seller's invoices, billing statements, acknowledgment forms or similar documents which are inconsistent with the provisions of Buyer's Purchase Orders shall be of no force or effect, regardless of whether such provisions would materially alter the terms hereof.
