This agreement entered into this 1st day of January 2008, between the City of Anacortes, hereinafter referred to as the “City”, and Skagit Public Utilities District #1, is for the purpose of the City supplying water to Skagit PUD #1, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”. It replaces and supersedes any previous agreements or understandings between the parties.
