The Contractor shall provide technical and proposal development assistance (Participant Assistance or PA) to teams participating as Phase One awardees in the three Challenges under the New York Clean Transportation Prizes (NYCTP) Program: the Clean Neighborhoods Challenge, the Electric Mobility Challenge and the Electric Truck and Bus Challenge. The NYCTP program, launched in April 2021, consists of two Phases. There will be up to 18 Phase One awardees identified in Winter 2021-2022 and up to 10 Phase Two awardees identified in Summer 2022. Projects will then be implemented from Summer 2022 through the end of 2025. This PA contract is anticipated to run from October 2021 through June 2022, the time period during which Phase One awards are made and those teams will be refining their proposals for final submission.
