This memorandum of understanding is made and entered into by and between the California State University Stanislaus Foundation (Foundation) and California State University, Stanislaus (University). The services under this Agreement shall commence on July 1, 2022 and terminate on June 30, 2023. This agreement may be extended at the beginning of each fiscal year by written agreement signed by all parties.
