This Agreement is entered into this day of , 2020, by and between Stockton Unified School District (hereinafter the “District”), together with contractors and subcontractors of all tiers, who shall become signatory to this Agreement by signing the “Agreement to be Bound” (referred to herein as “Contractor(s)/Employer(s)”), and the San Joaquin Building and Construction Trades Council (referred to herein as “Council”) and its affiliated local Unions that have executed this Agreement (referred to herein as “Union” or “Unions”).
