This Data Protection Addendum (“Addendum”) is entered into as of the date of the last signature below, (the “Effective Date”), by and between Doppler Technologies, Inc., a California corporation with its primary place of business at 340 S. Lemon Avenue #5880 Walnut, CA 91789 (“Doppler”), and the customer using Doppler’s platform (“Customer”) pursuant to the Doppler Terms of Service available at hTps://doppler.com/legal/terms, as updated from time to time, or other agreement between Customer and Doppler governing Customer’s use of the Services (the “Agreement”).
