THIS CONTRACT made and entered into on this 29th day of May, 2012, by and between the City of Sparks, Nevada, a municipal corporation, existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "City", and Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc., a qualified Contractor in the class of work required, hereinafter called "Contractor".
