This Staffing Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the 2nd day of February 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between 3Chords Inc and TherapyTravelers LLC collectively DBA Epic Special Education Staffing (each, a “Company Party” and, together, “Epic Special Education Staffing”, herein referred to as ESES), and Newark Unified School District (the “Client”). The Agreement supersedes all other agreements and or contracts in place between the Clientand Company Party. Client acknowledges the representative who signs any contract with ESES on behalf of the Client has full signing authority and by doing so, this Agreement and each Staffing Confirmation Agreement (in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A) shall be binding.
