This END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between the original subscriber of this service or the subscriber’s assignee (“End User”) and Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc. ("FCPA") for the invoice capture and export service named the “ScanSnap for Invoice” (the "Service"). END USER MAY USE THIS SERVICE ONLY IF END USER AGREES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT. BY CLICKING ON THE ACCEPTANCE BUTTON WHICH ACCOMPANIES THIS AGREEMENT END USER IS INDICATING END USER’S ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. READ THE FOLLOWING LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE. IF END USER DOES NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND IS NOT WILLING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, END USER SHALL NOT SUBSCRIBE TO OR USE THE SERVICE.
