I hereby grant the Association for Recorded Sound Collections (“ARSC”) a license to reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display the Audiovisual Work(s) in whole or in part in electronic form, for non-­‐commercial purposes, in all media of expression now known or later developed.
