The cost of this agreement is hereby changed from $47,627,500.00 to $210,027,500.00. This Amendment adds-$162,400,000.00 to the budget for Years 1-3 of this Agreement to cover Construction Hard Costs (materials and labor) as indicated in the revised Exhibit B included herewith. Additionally, amendment language is being revised to comply with Non-Competitively Bid (NCB) requirements as indicated in the revised Exhibits, A, B, and D included herewith. Finally, some minor changes have been made to the language in all Exhibits to bring them into closer alignment with actual work conditions.
