This Agreement for the Administration and Distribution of American Rescue Plan Act ("ARPA") Funds (the "Agreement") is between the City of Coachella, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Mission Asset Fund, an independent legal entity and non-profit public benefit corporation ("MAF") and, together with the City, the "Parties"), and it is dated as of July 27, 2022 (the "Effective Date").
