This is an agreement between (“Team Leader”), representing the film team known as (“Team”), and the 48 Hour Film Project, Inc., (“48HFP”), organizer of the Four Points Film Project (“4PFP”) with respect to Team Leader’s and Team’s involvement in the Four Points Film Project 2018 and creation of a short film or video (the “Film”) pursuant to the terms below. Team Leader hereby agrees on behalf of him/herself and Team to take part in the Four Points Film Project(“4PFP”), being produced by the 48HFP and scheduled to take place from November 9 – 12, 2018.
