(“Performing Agency”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” enter into the following contract for Maternal Overdose Mortality Study to evaluate and develop training to reduce maternal substance use disorder relapse or overdose (MOMS) (the “Contract”) pursuant to the provisions of “The Interagency Cooperation Act,” Chapter 771 of the Texas Government Code.
