Adopted by the City Council on February 23, 2015, this Agreement is made and entered into this 6th day of March, 2015, by and between the City of Tillamook, a municipal corporation, (hereinafter called “Employer”) and Paul Wyntergreen, (hereinafter called “Employee”), an individual who has the education, training and experience in local government management.
