This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) by and between Discovery Communications, LLC (“Company”) and Dr. Gunnar Wiedenfels (“Executive”) is made this 3rd day of October, 2016. If such Condition Precedent is satisfied, Executive shall commence employment with Company on a date to be mutually agreed by the parties, not later than April 1, 2017 (“Start Date”).
