THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of this day of March 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Aurora Charter School BC (“Seller”), a Colorado nonprofit corporation, the sole member of which is Colorado Early Colleges (“CEC”), a Colorado nonprofit corporation and public charter school network, and Douglas County School District Re. 1 (“Buyer”), a Colorado public school district.
